Logic Control Ltd. is locally owned and operated by Nathan and Roxanne Schneider. Together, they bring field experience, practical business support, customer care, and a long-standing commitment to the Hinton community.
Since 2005, Logic Control has grown around a simple belief: do the work properly, communicate clearly, and treat customer satisfaction as a measure of whether the job was truly successful. Nathan and Roxanne each support that standard in different ways, one through field leadership and technical problem solving, the other through business administration, accounting, and day-to-day organization.
Roxanne Schneider
Roxanne Schneider, Nathan’s wife and business partner, has been part of the foundation behind Logic Control and the Schneider family since she and Nathan married in 2001. Before taking on a larger role at home and in the business, Roxanne worked for many years as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
After leaving the nursing profession to raise their children, Roxanne gradually took on more responsibility within Logic Control as the children grew. Today, she supports the business through accounting, invoicing, data entry, and the day-to-day administrative details that help keep the company organized.
Roxanne has also made time to support the community, including involvement with the Chamber of Commerce, service on the former Victim Services board, and steady support for their children’s extracurricular activities.

Community Involvement
Over the years, Nathan and Roxanne have been passionate about supporting local businesses, community groups, and the people who help make Hinton stronger. They prefer to find practical methods that create the best impact for the community they call home, whether that means volunteering time, supporting local initiatives, helping business owners connect, or looking for ways to keep work and opportunity close to home.
Nathan has served with the Hinton Chamber of Commerce as a board member, vice-president, president, and past president. That work reflects a broader belief that local businesses do more than provide services. They help build resilient communities, create employment, support families, and keep local knowledge alive.
Nathan has also volunteered time in provincial political organization, including service as a constituency association president in West Yellowhead. For him, that work is rooted in spending time with people who care about Alberta, local decision-making, and the long-term health of the province.
Ownership approach: Nathan and Roxanne believe in doing work properly, communicating clearly, keeping the business organized, and treating customer satisfaction as a measure of whether the job was truly successful.
